TStay Holiday Accomodation si trova in pieno centro a pochi passi dalla via Carducci, arteria principale di collegamento del centro cittadino, in una posizione ideale per raggiungere le migliori attrattive della città a piedi, dimenticandovi completamente la macchina.

Situata in un'area pedonale non è dotata di parcheggio privato, ma la zona è ampiamente servita di parcheggi a pagamento, anche al coperto, quello più vicino si trova in Foro Ulpiano a 450m, in alternativa si segnala anche quello di Piazza della Libertà 9 “Saba Silos” attaccato alla stazione dei treni a 650m.

La casa vacanze ha una metratura di 50 mq ed è composta da una cucina ed un soggiorno nello stesso ambiente, un bagno ed una camera da letto.

Si possono ospitare al massimo 4 persone.

Nel soggiorno troverete infatti un divano letto.

Culle/lettini non sono disponibili.

La casa è dotata di tv, lavatrice, cucina completa, macchina da caffè Nespresso e di stoviglie.

Vengono forniti asciugamani e lenzuola.

La via è servita di bar, ristoranti, buffet, gastronomia di pesce, pizzeria, ortofrutta, pasticceria, fioraio, supermercato, banca, farmacia e tabaccheria.

La distanza dalla stazione centrale dei treni e dall'Autostazione (entrambe in Piazza Libertà) è di 650 m.

Pernottamento di minimo 2 notti.

Per regolamento condominiale il check-in deve venire effettuato dalle ore 15.30 ed entro le ore 22.00, il check out, e quindi la riconsegna delle chiavi, entro le ore 11.00.

Si chiede di comunicare l'orario di arrivo ed eventuali ritardi.

L'orario di silenzio condominiale da rispettare è il seguente: 13.30-15.30 e 22.00-7.00.

Non è consentito fumare in casa, né organizzare feste.

Gli animali non sono ammessi.

La tassa di soggiorno è di € 3,00 a notte a persona (non compresa nella tariffa).

Pulizia giornaliera non compresa. In caso di lunga permanenza si può concordare il servizio al momento del check-in.

TStay Holiday Accommodation is located in the center a few steps from Via Carducci, the main artery connecting the city center, in an ideal position to reach the best attractions of the city, completely forgetting the car.

Located in a pedestrian area it doesn't have private parking, but the area is widely served by paid parking, even indoor, the nearest is located in Foro Ulpiano at 450m, alternatively there is also that of Piazza della Libertà 9 "Saba Silos" attached to the train station at 650m.

The holiday home has a floor area of 50 square meters and consists of a kitchen and a living room in the same room, a bathroom and a bedroom.

Maximum 4 people can be accommodated.

In the living room you will find a sofa bed.

Cots/cribs are not available.

The house is equipped with TV, washing machine, full kitchen, Nespresso coffee machine and crockery.

Towels and sheets are provided.

The street is served by bar, restaurant, buffet, seafood cuisine, pizzeria, fruit and vegetables, a pastry shop, a florist, a supermarket, a bank, a pharmacy and tabacconist.

The distance from the central train station and the bus station (both in Piazza Libertà) is 650 m.

Stays of minimum 2 nights.

By condominium regulation, check-in must be carried out from 3.30 pm and by 10.00 pm, check out, and then the return of the keys, by 11.00 am.

We ask you to communicate your arrival time and any delays.

The condominium silence hours to be respected are as follows: 13.30-15.30 and 22.00-7.00.

Smoking is not allowed in the house, nor is it allowed to organize parties.

Pets are not allowed.

Tourist tax is € 3.00 per night per person (not included in the rate).

Daily cleaning not included. In case of long stay it can be arranged at check-in.
